Strategies To Defend Firearms Charges and Penalties

As a seasoned criminal defence lawyer, I understand the complexities and nuances of firearms cases in Canada.

When facing firearms charges, it is essential to know that law enforcement has followed proper protocol throughout the investigation. That's where I come in. I will carefully examine the evidence against you and look for any holes or inconsistencies. My goal is to have the case dismissed, and if not, I will work tirelessly to reduce or drop the charges.

You can count on me in a trial to provide an effective defence. I will do everything in my power to ensure that the best outcome is achieved, even if that means seeking reduced penalties in the case of a conviction.

Most importantly, I am committed to protecting your rights under the Canadian Charter. Everyone deserves a fair trial and a chance to defend themselves, and I will be your staunch ally throughout the process.
